Is it a pre-arranged thing ..... like let's say at a park or a football field once a month with a set time OR is it more like a ANYTIME ANYWHERE deal ?

for example ....... let's say I just got done eating at Harris Pizza & I'm walking out the front door heading to my ride & Derrick Henry comes outta fucking nowhere & bowls my ass over like a pancake ?
